  Alice Greenly

  Alice received her real estate license in 1984 after working as a legal secretary. She enjoys assisting people with the biggest investment most of them will make in their lifetime. She is a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation only the top 5% of Realtors have achieved. Only one in twenty Realtors have the extensive experience, the unique commitment and the hours of advanced training necessary to call themselves CRS. Alice enjoys gardening in her spare time and spending time with her rescue dog, Pete. She has an amazing son and lovely daughter-in-law. Alice is a member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. Her father is a highly decorated Army officer, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. She values the sacrifice our Armed Forces make every day to keep us safe. Alice would love to help you with all your real estate needs, whether it's land, a home or investment property you are wanting to sell or buy, she's your girl!   Cindy Lou Batten

Karen is a NC native and grew up in Wendell. For 21 years Karen worked in Wake County as a paramedic and enjoyed serving the community. In 2007, Karen became licensed to sell real estate in NC, but it was not until 2016 that she made real estate her full-time career. Karen has been recognized by ERA Parrish Realty for her production and has obtained several real estate designations. In her personal time Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their son AJ watching NFL football and drinking A LOT of coffee!

  Ginger Bullock

  Robin Parrish

  Robin grew up in Johnston County but has lived most of her adult life in the Wendell/Zebulon community. After receiving her teaching degree from Atlantic Christian College (now Barton College) in Wilson, Robin taught middle school math and science for 10 years in her home county. In 1986, Robin left teaching to join the Eckerd Drug Retail Pharmacy Southeast Training Team. Her career with Eckerd spanned 18 years and included Training Manager and finally, Human Resources Director for the Southeast Group. In 2007, Robin joined Parrish Realty as a professional realtor and absolutely loves her job. When asked what she enjoys most about real estate, she shares the act of helping people, teaching them about the home buying and selling process and most of all, helping first time home buyers and relocating clients find their dream home.
